´m not sure of that. Why do you insist on : I am 16. and: I am proud. What does the age matter? Some people are as they are all their lives. Maybe it´s just that you think that it makes you sound great. I don´t know. You should learn that nobody is gonna treat you differently for your age. Learn

To me there is a HUGE difference between the phrases "my favorite movie" and "the best film ever made. I know, as pretty much every intelligent being knows, that Citizen Kane is the greatest film ever made, but my favorite film is Schindler's List. For many reasons that are a mystery even to me, that film touches me on a very personal level, whereas I absolutely adore this film, but in a typical way, as simply the greatest film. That isn't to say I couldn't watch this film over and over.

WHAT! how the hell can you say cinema has gone down the tubes since 1980's late 70's. Goodfellas, The Dark Knight, The Lord of the Rings, Shawshank Redemption, Silence of the Lambs, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, The Shining, Bourne Ultimatum, Die Hard, Aliens, Fight Club, Pulp Fiction, Batman Begins, Spider-man 2, Saving Private Ryan, Apocalypse Now, Rocky, Gladiator, Casino Royale, City of God, Terminator, American Gangster, Trainspotting, Pirates of the Caribbean, are all amazing.

You should try to understand the techniques used by every film prior to the making of this one, as well as every film since. This film was the pivot. Everything you see in cinema today whether it be framing, lighting, timing, etc. was influenced from this film. Citizen Kane is to cinema what The Beatles were to Rock 'n Roll. It invented new rules.

There are other landmark films and landmark bands. The difference was C-K wasn't a very popular picture for it's time. It still is really only revered among film buff's.
