Well, I don't believe it is safe saying they're using non-asian guitars. It's better say that they aren't using their signature guitars. For instance, Sakito could be using a Fender Stratocaster or an ESP "strat". And ESP is a japanese guitar manufacturer.
So I believe it's dangerous agree with your idea.
Oh, and by the way, I think Ni~ya's bass in this PV is a Killer Bass (which is also a japanese).
