The only reason that Russia has threatan to use its nuclear arsnal against the U.S, because Poland agreed to the missile defense shield and President Bush won't back down. Russia is restroing the Soviet Union and maybe put their missiles in Belarus, right next door to Poland. Bush is the problem here.
