My friend is the PD at the local rock station and brought these no talent hacks in to a venue as a lark. These are arguably the worst band since Adam and Eve's sons decided to form a band with an all reed combo while smoking weed.

As far as I can tell, this is the side faction of Mini Kiss, formed by their original drummer. I read about the dispute they had in Bizarre magazine a while back. I seem to remember the drummer formed a new KISS band with a couple other people.
Still... at the end of the day... it's midgets dancing to bad music.
