Lol. If I was President of the Philippines I wud recognise Molossia and fund Molossia (though highly unlikely since I was born in the US so I cant be President). Im sorry to break the news this way but the smallest county on the planet is New New Mexico, and I know this because I am a co-founder and a current and proud citizen. The territory is of 2 meters by 2 next to the Rio Bravo (in the Mexican side). And we are annarquist. We are pacifists as well so we dont want to create any international frictions.
