| Dear pinky0926, I understand what you mean because at first I used to believe he was playing the bumblebee too. But a few months after the movie came out, I went to buy the soundtrack CD. And believe me I have listened to the bumblebee recording from the CD (which was performed by D. Helfgott himself) hundreds of times, and compared it to the one in the movie, and both performances are 100% identical! So it's a clear sign for me that Mr. Rush did a great job at miming the hand movements |

| It isn't as hard as poeple make it out to be. Yeah it's fast, but it's a bunch of scales. You want hard, try playing a 5 voice fugue, mathematically some of the most complicated forms of music ever devised. |

| True it is fast, but on the snare drum it is't really that hard as people would think, it's not about how fast your moving your hands- it's about the flams and the rolls. I just posted the Flight of the bumblebee on snare, go take a look! - By the way the Video was great! |

| No I don't hate the flight of the bumblebee, but I think I know what you mean, it has become quite cliched, which can be annoying, but the piece itself is still fantastic |

| digitalman74: Rachmaninoff only transcribed "Flight of the Bumblebee" for an orchestra. This is the originally piano piece, actually composed by Rimsky-Korsakov. God I'm an ass. Irony is tasty though. |
