Also i spoke to a real member of anon. i know hes real because he was the only one who spoke with respect. not like a stupid fuck with friends on the internet. he explained to me most of the kids on youtube claiming to be anon are in fact not anon and just abuse the fact that it is an online organization so it is easy to bully people. but then again you can always just play stupid, avoid the obvious and always act for proof of everything;) please. go protest.i don't like arguing with little kids

It is an ironic phrase and an implied promise which was written in the iron gateway at the entrance to Auschwitz... hence LULZ MACHT FREI. When applied to a preceeding noun such as lulz, it becomes a declarative statement about that noun. Roughly that would translate as: lulz will make you free.
