Uh... I think your confusing the very clever disguises and crowd for being real. You see the video footage of the crowd is actually from the 60s but the band playing is OF COURSE Nirvana. There simply dressing as if they were a band from the 60s. If you notice at the end there all dressed in drag/ dresses. Trust me this is an actual Nirvana video and the intention of the video is to make it seem like an old video from the ed sullivan show. Buts its not LOL
