Thanx. I kinda get into that in the other 3 tutorials... the "Move" tool moves layers. Looks like a arrow pointer w/ cross hairs that have arrows at the end (of the cross hairs). Another option I used in all the videos was Ctrl + T ... which is free transform, but you can use that to move stuff too.

There is a deference in infringing material and creating something similar to a copyrighted product, slogan, etc. or altering the said product so that it is not the same. Did you watch all four? it is altered, not the same. If it was the same, I would admit i am infringing others material. But I am not. Watch the whole thing before you make that kind of leap of judgment. I am well away of violations and infringement cause I major in Business.
