| It takes lots of gas to run a race with 42 cars yea. I would not call it a waste of gas tho it entertains people. Dose Nascar have a impact on earth? Yeah, but what don't? I mean you see 100s of SUVs on the road everyday. Now a race car is only out there 2 days a week maybe 3. The only time its out there for more then 30 minutes is in a race. If you don't get in a wreck :) |

| I got an idea.How about giving up some track dates(Nascar does'nt like money).Make drivers ride in their own cars instead of using jet fuel.Since they'll show up early,sleep in tents(no generators).All racing cars must be solar powered.And of course no more night races.And no more seats at tracks(tv only)nobody should go out and have the best time of thier lives once or twice of the year.Maybe top fuel cars can be a bigger issue.Or maybe your fuckin nuts. |

| It took them 2 years just to figure out to use unleaded gas without burning up their engines(thats 800hp).Leaded gas was the only thing that worked(until lead poisoning).Do what that would do to a standard car. |
