Even though I'm not voting for McCain, it's not nice to take statements out of context and purposely skew them like that. He was talking about people who hold positions of power in government. That is, the ones who currently avoid blame for their mistakes and corruption will (supposedly) be held accountable for their actions where they aren't currently. I still think Obama would do better battling corruption, though.
