í acostada como que cuesta mas para ella, el unico que esta comodo es el doctor, deberían cambiar la forma de parir, como de forma acuatica, cuclillas ó senatada en una silla especial. la mujer debe elegir la forma de traer a su bebe.

ática, es que favorece la infección, ano ser de que el agua fluya como en un rió,, las sillas diseñadas para eso no son practicas y producen mas problemas, la mejor forma es de cuclillas esa es la recomendación OMS,, el problema es que si hay alguna distocia (problema en la posición del bebe)
uno no puede ayudar fácilmente a la mama, aunque el principal problema es cultural.

ática" favorece la infección es mentira. Te invito a que hagas una búsqueda en medline por "waterbirth" y te informes. Las sillas de partos, a veces son prácticas y a veces no. La mejor forma es la que desee la madre, como esté más cómoda. Si hay una distocia de hombros, se utiliza la maniobr
a de gaskin. Estás empezando, lee, infórmate y ten claro que así, no se atienden los partos¡¡¡ Intimidad, respeto, autonomía de la madre, libre posición, no separar... en fin...
