My sister and her husband is vegan, but, really strict. They don't eat mushrooms, because it's a fungus, and they don't eat with processed flour, and other stuff. They're like, ridiculously healthy.

Great video ... i made stuffed "shrooms" but i didn't add bread crums. And the stuffing was cut by hand. Next time i ll try your way :)

Loved this recipe! You can totally get vegan Italian breadcrumbs at the store if you check the labels carefully. Try putting a bit of balsamic vinaigrette over the top of the shrooms next time - it's dynamite!
