Yeah I heard you. !st -- on the bailout, some measure was necessary, and while the top economists were half-hearted about the initial plan, after we took up the British approach several days later, they were much more enthusiastic. From the start Obama was calling for regulations and payback for the tax-payers, just like old Ralph was calling for...On the race-baiting, why didn't Nader-the-Hater just use the same non-race-specific language he used for criticizing other leaders? Stupid.

initially, the context of what he says appear specific to race, but you know nader is and was never PC. Given that, he always told it like it was. It was fact that Obama was in bed with big corps. His voting records show this. Some people would associate this to being "fucked" or being big corps "bitch", some would associate it with being big corps' "slave". I am delighted to see such understanding and critisizm of the capitalist elite by Nader, his supporters and others.
The US has been long since perceived as a dumb nation by the rest of the World (especially with Bush in power), and its time we grow our minds beyond the trap of corporate advertising, worthless consumerables and working against each other for short term gains. Only if we see that in the end we are really trapped in the system will we finally make the right choices.
