am they were the worst jails in the world and these guys were the most brutal of them all. and the guy who started the program was soo sick of going to work with the fear he might get killed anyday so he decided to change the guys outlook by making them dance i think its brilliant now this programe is being trialled around the world for its success

Absolutely they are all in Jail...They are at Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center or CPDRC.. it is printed in their uniforms... Philippines... so you won't believe that they can dance like that????? but all you have to do is to believe since all you've seen is really true.. they are all prisoners....
