well it depends on how big your moniter is 256 will do ok up til 17 inch or 1280 by 1040 resolution. after thart it becomes a big bottleneck.

you dont need so high AA man ... i played on 1024x768 with Antyaliasing X4 it looks great and i had like 125fps average now i play 1280x1024 Antyaliasing x0 and it looks ok i get around 90 to 150 fps specs are same except for the cpu (e4300 OCed to 3ghz)

hm... not really 'over' the safe limit. just over the stock setting which the manufacturer gave you. When using proper cooling and oc'ing in steps there is nothing wrong with a little oc
