"The Best Years of Our Lives" He was a "soda jerk" before the war and then a Bombadier. While waiting for a flight out of town, he wanders through the scrap yard and get's hired by the company scrapping them.

thanks,that was a really great movie.. still advanced facts to come, I allways remember that bar scene with the young marine without hands playing piano and that guy saying,what a waste! we fought the wrong side! and simbolic pick up of US flag from the floor!!
