It's because he played for KISS, a band that was so good at marketing that some people believe it takes away from their music, problem is the only song most of these idiots have heard is either "rock 'n' roll all nite" or "Detroit Rock City" and base their talent off that, Even though Ace plays with a groove that very few guitarists can, just go listen to "Let Me Go, Rock 'n' Roll" or "She" or "Firehouse" from "Alive!" Ace's greatness is undeniable.
