this Vdo Includes both the prelude and postlude of the song Paarthavizhi from the movie Guna.
Scene Description: The hero lives in a delusional world thinking himself as lord Shiva and waiting for getting married to 'Abhirami' [Another name of goddess parvathi]. His uncle tries using his skill of opening any kind of lock to rob from a temple and brings him to temple on the pretext that Abhirami will come there. Guna keeps nagging him when will Abhirami and when will they get married. His uncle in a mood of anger tells him that she will come in a procession like this showing a ongoing procession. Guna looks at the heroine for the first time and imagining her as Abhirami falls in love immtly.

I appreciate your interpretation of the music but equating the dance of bliss to the feeling of love on seeing a woman is just two different planes. Udukkai is sometimes even used to chase away ghosts. lol!

I feel the same way. Unfortunately, this is not the type of movie the working-class, which constitute the majority of the nation's avid filmgoers, wants to pay to see. Nevertheless, Guna is a cult movie -- not a commercial success but a 'critical success' and one that Indians should be proud of, I think.
