Thanks, Depper! Haven't heard this one in a lllooonnnggg time. "Fatsby" is a very over-looked and under-rated LP, even among Mountain fans, I believe. Got "The Great Fatsby"...and the "Leslie West Band" CD...on order now from Amazon. Can't wait!

Oh thats a great purchase! I have both albums (LPs) and the CD. Expect God-Gifted Great Rock 'n Roll! The trademark guitar tone
vibrato... the great gritty vocals... post Mountain.. These 2 albums bridged 60's hard rock sound to Kiss... who with Leslie's blueprint, finished the 70's, and Rock's last complete decade in my opinion.

I agree totally about the 70's being Rock's last complete decade. BTW, I just received a couple of CD's in the mail today; 2 live CD's of The Leslie West Band ('75
'76) from the "Official Bootleg Series". Have you heard these yet?

I have one of them. Need to get the other... I have about 7-8 CDs from the Bootleg series. One thing came to mind as I was listen to these CDs... Mountain really needed better marketing in the 70's because some of their best works were never released in the decade that mattered most, when they hit it big. Big thanks to Leslie for making the Bootleg Series happen.
