dude pads off nfl players would either have an edge or it'll even out!!!i know my rugby just as good try looking at brian urlacher,ray lewis,patrick kerney,michael strahan or even rookie vernon gholston trust me these dudes ain't small at least averaging 120 kgs (255 pounds)running an average 40 of 4.55 or even less if i'm wrong but rugby players are just as better athletes in their own sports!!!btw olympic sprinters struggle to get a 4.29!!!

I would like to see some of these football players try rugby without all that protective gear. How many will last when they catch a stray elbow, forearm or fist in the face. It's 80mins non stop rucking, mauling, tackling, scrummaging and running...there is no stop and start in rugby, you might find yourself underneath a pile of 275-300lb forwards, you have to pick arse up and rush to the next breakdown where you might be at the bottom of the pile again and again..not for the faint hearted
