Im so sick of the old "virus":
del C:/Windows/System32
Its a batch script. The most simple language there is. IT WILL NOT WORK! First of all, To delete a folder, You use the Rd command. Not Del. And all the files in System32 have attributes wich means you cant delete them. Delete they're attributes using the Attrib command. IF YOUR GONNA BY STUCK WI

Just looking at it, if the files get deleted this might actually lock you out of booting; I'm not sure to be honest. It's not a typical virus though - you can recover the files by repair.
