No. The Earth would of existed well before then, since it was created in the formation of our solar system, at least that's what the scientific evidence would suggest. Our ability to personify the planet has nothing to do with its existence. It does have to do with us thinking of the Earth as having the qualities, thoughts, or movements of a living being. Since we're the only animal capable of having these thoughts then in a way the Earth will "die" when we are gone.

evolution, through errors being more adapted to envirronment, has created our form of intelligence, if we are destroyed an other form of intelligence will develop and succeed the longuest it can.
The use of destruction, is seen by many as an important feature of life, creating the means for death to happen faster so we respect more what life we have..can be debated but it is well organised to justify itself.

What are all these bombs being used to do? Kill massive groups of people, Individual people, Groups of massive individuals all with thoughts of there own, while some may have evil thoughts, the majority of the mass are simple humans living. We should look into the people creating these awful weapons of death. They need to be sought out and there actions should not go un-punished. People with the power are genearlly concerned with one thing. Dominance over an underinformed giant population.

it just goes to show that 'science' can do anything if enough funding and political backing goes into it. the way the world is with maximising the power of nation states as the focus of politics it is likely scientific privilege will always go to achieving something like what we see above. a cure for AIDS or cancer or a truly sustainable energy source wouldn't intimidate another rival nation state now would it? that's all realist politics cares about. i'm tired of realist politics.

Politics is about Control, or rather the illusion of choise in the mater. The oil/car companies actually pulled up railways just to further their own agendas, polution and control.
Scary, even more so to think that the scientists actually thought there where a slight chance for a chain reaction that would evaporate the entire ocean and even possibly carry over through the humidity in the air, turning the world into a ball of fire.. Great pice though, haunting as it should.

hmmm, is that ocean evaporate, that's just a theory. There is such a super great ammount of power needed to do that, that chain reaction will make such power, it's almost impossible. Btw, that theory is a bit scary, If it falls in wrong hands, it will maby destroy our own. Btw, i think that's the way how humanity will destroy his own, power power power.
