è stato realizzato da Giuseppe Bucca, Enzo Dimasi, Gilberto Mastromatteo e Loris Zamparelli, del Master in giornalismo "Giorgio Lago" dell'Università di Padova. Il reportage tratta delle difficili condizioni di vita dei migranti che sbarcano a Malta: l'illusione di una nuova vita, le difficoltà d
i integrazione, la realtà di una detenzione che può durare fino a 18 mesi. La linea dura del governo maltese, che l'unione europea ha scelto come modello.

This "docu-film" is a load of 'crock'. It is a highly biased and selective depiction of an issue that has been allowed to grow to such dismal proportions thanks to the GonziPN (and previous PN headed by EFA) and their gross incompetence and unwillingness in "dealing" with the immigration problem. Immigrants are the fall guys. They 'are' victims in this whole scam sanctioned by state, but letting them come to Europe en-mass is 'not' the solution to the problem. Economic interests are at play...

Adesso stiamo vedendo che tutti quello che abbiamo mantenuto durante le centinaia di anni che eravamo controllati da altri paese, sta gia scomparendo. IL cibo che gli danno e' piu di quello che la classe povera di Malta ha. Il nostro paese non ha materia prima di alcun genere. Fino a quaranta anni fa, decine di bambini ancora morivano di tefterite e diarea'. Persone senza scarpe o con una scarpa sola da dividere col fratello. Posti dove noi Maltesi non potevavamo entrare perche non eravamo di classe come quella Inglese.

Nonostante cio, siamo riusciti a crescere. Adesso vediamo che queste persone Africane, ma pure Bulgari, Romeni, Cinesi e Russi stanno scegliendo il nostro paese e vogliono pure avere un posto per viverci cosi per poter chiamare i loro parenti per venire pure voi quando a Malta che una difficolta di housing enorme dove un piccolissimo apartamento non costa meno di EUR 130,000. Da 7 anni di qua, non puo piu insegniare religione o fare riferimento a Dio. Niente che riguarda Cristo,..solamente perche i genitori dei bambini sono musulmani. Musulmani che mandano i loro bambini in una scuola Cattolica e che senza discussione non vogliono che i loro bambini sentono qualcosa riguardo Cristo,...anche che 'il nostro' e 'il loro' Dio e' lo stesso Dio
