Look what u said buddy. If u call yourself a dj sort some things up in your mind...Yeah it is a subgenre of house. And subgenre means something more specific than a genre(i.e trance, house). Progressive house is progressive house...

it is not something YOU define. Nowadays progressive house lost its meaning because of "Djs" like you who like to blend different kind of music and insist calling it progressive. Yeah a progressive set does not necessarily mean it has to be 100% dark(you can play a house, electro or minimal or techno tracks once in a while in the set) but it has to give the dark and underground feeling altogether. This by all means does not give this feeling and cannot be called progressive house set.

according to wikipedia, progressive music refers to: "various offshoot styles of electronic dance music from their parent styles, which include trance music, house music and breakbeat" It has nothing to do with the overall feel of the music For example, alot of deadmau5's very uplifting and happy tracks are always labeled as progressive. So basically, it's any style of electronica that can not be classified as one specific style.

Wikipedia is not the place to take things for granted(if you know what Wikipedia means, the articles in most cases represents one person's view and not a good professional source's view). I will say it one more time: Progressive lost its meaning that's why most of you think "whatever" can be called progressive house. Progressive house djs examples are...Moshic, Kintar
Rex, Topo, Miss Shiva etc.

This djs can have some electro tracks in their set or progressive trance or minimal but the overall feeling that their music is giving u has the meaning of progressive house. This set's style is tech house or electro but NOT progressive.
