m14 mag is completely different from build
prob airsoft scar h will take m4 mags...
but even a real scar h won't take m14 mags... so i'm not sure what you wanted to prove... either you don't know anything about guns or you don't know anything about airsoft and guns...

I'm pretty sure (don't quote me) that the Scar-H either accepts SR25 mags or a proprietary mag that FN makes.

No, he's right, the magwell is made to accept mags that are designed after 7.62 mags, so M4 mag would not stay in (too small). Poss a SR-25 mag might.

no he's wrong cause this is airsoft gun not the real deal... but i doubt that it has the same magsystem and mag release to accept any 7.62 rifle mag...

I recieved my VFC scar h today and yes the m4 mag is too small but it cant take m14 mags either... tested it and now its official.

no, the scar heavy is heavy b/c of the heavier round. the 7.62. which is the sr25 mag/m14 mag. not the 5.56 m4 mag. different size. also they are going after realistic. clearly u dont know anything about guns or airsoft. good one sherlock

lol as i said i found out yea that m4 mags dont fit cause m4 mags are too small, didn't even come in my mind that they'll bee too small on scar heavy...
but scar heavy cant take m14(which uses 7.62 round btw) either cause the mag release and magwell is built differently...
so good one to you sherlock...

hmm, my SCAR H somehow doesn't lock the m14 mag in, could be a faulty magwell? But dont know will start figuring it out why...
Btw I have also heard from some other SCAR H owners that their m14 mags don't fit...
so overall it also could be that the mags are not 100% same...

and once again thanks to a quick little internet research i have found out that m14 mag is waaaay different... it has the same release thatak types have thelittle notch thing in the back and SCAR H has similar to m4
little pocket on the side...
so unless you prove otherwise I won't believe you...
for your info I don't know 1 person yet who has fitted a m14 mag to scar with 100% success, I know people who have modified their m14 mags to fit SCAR H though...

Scar comes with 2 different versions
Scar heavy and Scar light.
Scar heavy shoots 7.62 x 51mm .308 NATO rounds, which is the same round as what M14 uses. Scar light shoots 5.56 x 45mm .225 Remington rounds, which is the same round as what M4 uses. but Scar DOES use different types of magazines

Well if you read my posts then I clearly said that aswell... The issue was about if SCAR H will take m14 mags... and the answer is only airsoft STAR SCAR H and no other in real life only the round is same and nothing else... but SCAR light will take M4 mags... so before replying to me , read my previous posts...

Good luck, all VFC's are pricy. Right now at AirsoftGI it is $420. If you want a SCAR for under $250 go with the D Boys, even though they had a some what bad reputation before, it looks like they've shaped up and produced some gund rifles. Heard many good reviews of it.
