This molecule is not cyclicly conjugated and thus not aromatic. The molecule is flat and as it is rotated in 3-D the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) in red and blue show a system of conjugated alkenes, but that cannot explore the whole face of the molecule simultaneously.
