Ahhhh David, this was so brilliant! You captured the edgy desperation of the man in this song so beautifully. The lip sync was spot-on. And I love the timeless B/W with half light. So mysterious in the shadows. I adore Randy Newman and the Bad Love album, which this track is from! Beautiful job!!!

You have actually done something remarkable- you have a briliant and rather powerful short musical movie. Yous should submit it to festivlas (providing you get permission from whoever holds the rights to the song; think its Dreamworks) This is exactly what great musical cinema could be. Charachter based, truthful and intriguing.

Watching this video made me realize that almost every other video of any song I've seen obscures the song, distracts the viewer from its meaning. Not this one--this one makes the song speak louder. Great job.
