Apparently there is a patch out that lets you strategically place pedestrians, dogs, cats and other wildlife on the road. You then get points for running them over. 5pts for a hedge hog. 12pts for a dog. 60pts for a black guy, 70pts for a white guy, 85pts for a small child. 25pts old person. etc.
