And I forgot to mention. He was actually born in Greece. So he is not French Armenian at all. He just used the opportunity to leave USSR as a foreign born citizen. In 1971 he left Leningrad for France. So many Jews and Armenians did that...But I guess he regretted or something like that. As you see he finally returned to the place where he had his youth and glory.
