| on the contrary to what she herself wrote on INQ, I've heard Lea sing considerably high notes with incredible power... such as the line "I've come home at last" of "As If We Never Said Goodbye" when she sang it in 2005 at Washington DC for president Bush and the people of the state.. way, way higher than the way she performed it her Broadway Concert.. you should have seen that.. it was awesome! even Barbra Streisand said she was jealous... |

| Don't we usually do that? Nonetheless, that is how I think of Regine. However, I do have an opinion that she has a great and worth it voice. But now, she is nothing but an old fad, nothing more than that. |

I agree that she isn't what she used to be but for her age..she still have a pretty good voice..and what about Whitney Houston in my opinion she is far the greatest singer of all time but what happen to her..she got older and her voice gotten rusty but a lot of people still love her..Don't discriminate other artist because of their age..everyone gets older that is human nature..so deal with it. |

| i agree. but i think regine ALWAYS try to be the second best everytime the SOP show have a special guest, i guess to show some respect and not steal the limelight for that particular guest.. i watched her sing with mandy moore on MTV awards and she could have BELTED more than Mandy but she was GRACIOUS enough NOT TO outshine Mandy on her signature song. Regine was HUMBLE enough to just sing it casually, though, she could actually do better, but she just did not! Regine and Lea are great singers! |
