Very impressive! Do you also understand all these languages when they are spoken by natives? I grew up in Norway with swedish parents so I speak both languages fluently, and I must say, you are good. Your Nynorsk sounds even better than your Swedish and Danish. Polyglots seems to be quite unusual in countries were English is the mainly language, but in the Skandinavian countries you must speak at least two: your mother tongue and English.

Polyglots are so rare in the USA at least because most of our schools only teach English, and there is an irrational fear that if we begin teaching other languages, English won't remain the dominant language here.

Nynorsk does not sound like swedish, but the narrator is pronouncing it with an accent which sounds like a mix of easter bokmaal dialects and swedish. The main phonetical characteristic of Nynorsk is that is not nearly as tonal as its scandinavian counterparts. A piece of advice, ikkje in Nynorsk sounds a lot more like ikkje in Faroese rather than "isshah".

Yeah Ikkje/ikki sounds exacly alike in nynorsk(most western norwegians dialects) and faroese. Something that icelantic doesn
´t have. Look up "faroese language" here in youtube some faroese has youtube vidos of better pronounciations of our lang. But doesn´t generaly doesn´t swedish and ny norsk has alot of similarites? i mean -a -an -ar endings instead of -e -en -er endings as well as the words themself. I can fin
d lots of similarities with Faroese, Nynorsk and Swedish.
