| Just like any European capital you'll find a whole manner of accents. Scots, English, Irish, Australian etc etc. For your story it depends on what part of the city you're basing it. |

| Some Irish yes, both from Eire and Ulster. Students come over and next to London, Edinburgh is the largest financial centre in the UK so really a whole manner of different nationalities live there. |

| Yea. I came to Edinburgh 3 years ago from Pakistan. I had a bit of a hard time understanding the accent. And I never had a Scottish accent until recently and it's not even that strong an accent.I love Edinburgh! |
