From the USA February 2007 There is a State of Connecticut Probation Officer, Richard Straub, who was sentenced to fifteen years for 210 counts of sexual assault on young men and boys entrusted to his care. Although Probation Officer Richard Straub was sentenced in 1999, victims and relatives o

counts may be more accurate at 800 to 1000. Straubs charges in 1996 included sexual assault and using unlawful restraint against his victims ( he used handcuffs on victims ). Some of the boys were 14. The articles of Richard Straub tell of how other senior probation officers complained to the pol
