Buckley went into the water from shore fully clothed and waded out. his buddy lay on the shore with his eyes closed listening to whole lotta love on boom box. when he looked up jeff was gone. he was found 6 days later when someone on a passenger ferry saw his body floating downstream. if you get the chance check out the documentary jeff buckley: everybody here wants you. as close to the truth as you will get and some amazing tributes from true greats.

I think you're an idiot and there's no point in arguing with you. But if we were going to call every artist or band who had an occasional down song; 'emo', then I'm sure a lot of music that you like would fall into that category. Buckley said he wanted people to take whatever they want from his music, I take nothing but positive inspiration from this piece since he was so talented vocally and at song writing.
