I think Babaji says: Tiri Nila Kantum; Nila Kantum means 'blue throat' and is a name of Shiva. Tiri is, I think, Tamil for 'revered', like in Sanskrit Sri which precedes many names like Sri Rama etc.

Work on dissolving the patterns of behavior that cause the karma as well as the karma itself, otherwise it will all just reappear as you go back to the same old way of living.

I am a westerner and about a year ago I started getting into vedic astrology. I'm not good at yoga, but I believe the hindus can teach us alot. Through combining my new interest in vedic with my traditional values of christianity I found a renewed spiritual growth that I wish I had of found years ago!
