Well it was my Grandparents' 50th anniversary and my aunt and uncle had bought a helium tank to blow up balloons for our grandparents 50th.
In the end we got to use the Helium Tank.
My cousin KB,the one in the had putting the note in the balloon, came up with the Helium Note but everyone knows that so I (Tasha) came up with Helium Letters. LOL enjoy (Toni was not Available for this Video, because she is not part of the Vargason Family, Only the Randall, and Stewart Family)
