Well I hope you do know that just because she is doing a cover on this show, doesn't mean covers are the only things she sings. Everyone sings covers on American Idol. Besides, most of the famous covers are done by bands that already are very successful and are talented, there's nothing wrong with covering an old song for fun. Be a little more open minded.
