| in martial arts they always teach you to back down and avoid fights as the best method of self defense, and this is very true. but they also teach you that no good can ever come out of fighting, and this is not always true. fighting a bully can improve your self esteem greatly, especially if you feel humiliated for not fighting. improving your self esteem is a good thing, and has lots of mental health benefits. dont try it if the bully is known to carry weapons, though. |
