There are a ton of interpretations of this song...I think the most popular one is that there is an unhappy housewife so she has an affair with another guy, "stealing kisses from a boy" and she doesn't like it so she goes back to her husband, "begging affection from a man", but he doesn't seem to really care about her anymore. Some people say there isn't an affair, but the message is really unclear.
