He was selling a single for five dollars the proceeds going to a gun control group.He hit on my younger sister who was about 21 at the time and asked her to meet him at the bar.I begged her to go so i could spend some personal time with him but she said no.We both regret it now

Harry had a dry sense of humour apparently and was very modest. He also loved Laurel and Hardy. Watch the whole of this TV special and it is apparent that he was an extremely shy performer (though brilliant) Perhaps the slapstick at the end was to show that he didn't take himself so seriously?

I only looked at your site because I thought it was a totally tasteless comment. In 1983 Harry was happily married to a woman he adored and had a young family. I for one don't believe your (dad's) story and if does happen to be true, it serves no purpose except to hurt any member of Harry's family who might stumble upon it!

Thought "first wifey" as you are pleased to call her was 1964-1966? And they didn't have any children as far as I know although I think I read somewhere that she was pregnant when he either met or married her. I can find no proof that the resulting child was his or even where/when the child was born or where he/she is now? Certainly I don't think he ever acknowledged publically any children other than Zak and his six kids by Una?
