| Dont agree to speak in public in the first place....its not worth the worry.I passed out a few seconds into what should have been a 15 minute speech.All those eyes looking at you as you get more and more nervous was too much.Take my advice when asked to speak in public...say NO! |

| You cant always say no. Lets say youre in school. I dont mind it too much. Its just about confidence. Its obviously not that simple but if you trust that you can speak infront of people you wont get nervous. I used to hate it but that was because my voice broke and i didnt want to talk in case it cracked. |
