I dont know where you live, probably middle america, but this isnt that avant gaurde. look at com des garcon or heatherette.. and even those looks I would see on the street here in ny.. or in toyko or paris. places that take fashion seriously.

Models are basically human hangers that look interesting enough but not be more interesting than the clothes. This is not about real but about fantasy. That is why the term is "model". No one wants fat ass hangers when trying to promote a fantasy or vision of a dream. If I saw a size 8 or more out there, then this would be a niche line for the big people and there is nothin wrong with that.

I agree but saying that "I don't know where you live, probably middle america" is despective. Thumbs down for you. I'm south american and live in a place where fashion is either too weird for anyone's eyes or too simple, and I still take fashion seriously.

When I said "middle america" i was refering to the middle america (usa) (i.e. kansas or south dakota.. or one of these paces).
also, you can't blame me for generalizing. Your average person doesnt think about fashion beyond what they might see at their local mall or shopping center.

is it natural for a girl who is 5'9 to weight 275lbs? no. But thats not that uncommon, and just as unhealthy. The only differance is being thin has been glamorized and being overweight has been demonized. Its the fault of the progressions of modern society.

Ok i'm sorry for misunderstanding the term, but I still think it's despective to use a geographical place to say "ok, people there are like this". Generalizing would be "most of the people". Generalizing about something specific isn't generalizing.
Anyways, my intention isn't to fight about that x) so everyone else just ignore this and enjoy the show!

Unfortunately, neither middle nor north American has to do anything with the collection. Antonio Marras actually dedicated the collection to the japanese model, you could clearly see the japanese motifs on the clothes such as the flag, origami etc.

if you love FASHION...do it for YOU..not for others..and being CHIC is NOT just about what you WEAR..its also how you ACT towards others..i deal with people on a regular basis who are dressed to KILL but because of their UGLY ATTITUDES...i see them as what they really ARE..UGLY..and you dont want to be lumped in with THEM..
