I will admit us canadians have it pretty good, ive been charged with possession with over 3 ounces, it was an unlawful search and my lawyer stated that in court and i got it dropped. I dont think there would be a chance of me getting that dropped in the USA, i still had to deal with all that court bullshit and its pretty stressfull, espeically for something as much as a petty issue of me, a 17 year old teenager who smokes dope and watches cartoons, no harm in that.
