u cant teach speed and court vision
give him two full years to learn the NBA game

in my experiences playing basketball i think it is very possible to learn court vision and train yourself to become quicker

but were not talking about a pickgame at the gym or a city leauge the NBA speed is soo fast its hard to get much better at being quick unlesss ur already quick

I think he's worth the 10mil a year he's asking for. He is the best player on the Bulls. He played the best in the playoffs for 2 straight years against Miami. He carried them over Miami 2 seasons a go. He was pretty much unstoppable during those games.

Ben Gordon is nice. Idk about 10 mil a year. but he definitely deserves a good contract. The Bulls are treating him as if he hasn't been a leader on that team.And he may not be all that of a defender but he plays defense. He's just not good against those bigger guards that he has to stick because he's a 2 guard. He can learn to do better against smaller guards. PAY THAT MAN!

He's got the outside shooting, he can take it in and solid free-throw shooting.
I'm not so sure on his defense though, but if he can play some good perimeter D then he'll be amazin.
