If my paint program is any indication, orange and blue DO, in fact, make...PURPLE. Albeit a very light purple. Lavender.
Also, to the best of my knowledge, they just randomly restart the game with a level select code every few scene transitions, which is why they have random lives at random times. Also, they switched Player 1 and Player 2 spots in the parking garage level.

For the record, orange and blue, mixed together will either make dark orange (or brown), dark blue, or neutral grey depending on the ratio.

Boss's name is Tora, also he is the easiest boss to beat since all you had to do was jump kick back and forth to kill him and since he gets stunned, as long as you do it quick enough, he's easy pray.
