Robots have no fillings - they have no tooth decay either They dot-play with the hearth. I wouldn't want any robot to play the hearth, it gets a little hot there by the fire. All in good fun.

Unless we find a way to create functional brains, we will never see complete AI. The bots would have to be programmed on how to respond to every situation it encounters and that is just too mcuh information. Especially when comes to intangible ideals such as emotions and how to respond to them.

I used to work on a factory, violin robot will do this job no problem, even better then humans.

if u think about it, u can compare the future robots from now. its like comparing an alienware computer to a simple dell computer. before, a dell can be very expensive and be an amzing peice of technology, now, its seen as "cheap" and outdated, and the alienware as expensive and new age, sort of like the robots. now, these robots look expensive and amzing, but in the future, there would be more advanced types and these will look cheap and outdated. random, i know, but does any1 agree?

of course, if you really wanna take a look into the future, think about 1908. The first working airplane was 5 years old, the radio was in experimental stages, the internet was 61 years away from its birth and would need about 25ish more years to become fringe mainstream. Now try to imagine 2108 from a 2008 perspective =) The only thing that could be ruining the fun is warmongers like Bush Cheney Putin and racist, environemental catastrophes.
