No question, Babyface is a genius who wrote and produced some of the biggest hits of the 80-90's. This video came out in 1989 and was considered very innovative and hot at the time. The projection of the images onto sheet metal had not been done before.Of course, now it looks dated and over the top. Just as the videos made today will look dated in 20 years from now.

I remember being like about 6 or 8-somewhere in between, but most likely a while after the actual release (was born in '84) and learning the words to this song because I LOVED IT SO MUCH! Haven't heard it in a while since our "grown folks" station switched to a more "hip hopesque" format though.

Girl!!! I was 12 when this came out, This was my song my mommy used to play this all the time. This song is still Hot after all these years, I love me some babyface. Man, They don't know nothing about babyface lol. Those are probably kids posting these lame comments, I'm 31 so I was 12 when this came out. Most of us were teens, pre-teens and children back then so we know whats up Musically, Plus it was so safe back then. They will never ever know what we had because they were not there, Babyface is a pure Genius, Love this man. I guess they like being exposed to Garbage ass Recycled music of 2008, I hate it lol. Give me the good ole 90's and 80's music :).
