I'm going to share one of my vidding secrets. Usually, the reason I choose the songs I do is because they won't get out of my head until I use them for a video. This trend did not cease for this one.
So, this is one of my first videos that seems to majorly support the Harry/Hermione ship, although when I started the vid, I didn't intend it to show any ship. Go figure.
Hermione has died, and the beginning of the video shows her funeral. This soon morphs into a flashback of the night she was murdered, and then, the rest of the video represents the past. Harry and Hermione were often very close, but Ron was always around, and acted quite envious and jealous whene
ver something would happen. The first chorus shows the night that Hermione is taken captive by Death Eaters, and Harry is helpless to stop it, hard as he tries. The second verse shows more of both Ron and Harry attempting to win over Hermione's heart, with Harry prevailing, although Hermione will no
t admit it to anyone. There is a brief confrontation on the bridge, which morphs into the second chorus. Also in the second chorus is the finding of Hermione's diary...aka...the plot point. Harry finds the diary in the library one day, and begins to read it. Some of the entries elate him, while some
of them cause him to flip his lid completely and burn pages of her diary. Harry carries this diary around with him everywhere, reading page after page, and soon, finds an entry that breaks his heart--Hermione is in love with both he and Ron. In this scene, I have clips from the actual "Diary of Ja
ne" music video, and the woman is supposed to be Hermione. That night, Harry tells Ron about his findings, and Ron won't believe him, he thinks Harry's just out to get Hermione all for himself. Hermione goes to ask the boys if they've seen her diary anywhere, and she overhears that they read it, and
she is horrified. The last scenes are to represent after Hermione's death. Harry is rereading her diary when Ron comes to talk to him, but they really have nothing to say to one another. The end shows Harry visiting Hermione's grave. And I think that qualifies for the longest summary ever. I apol
