I don't think so. The knock kneed thing actually really bugs. Horrible "A" stance for such a good toy. That's the only real problem with him.

Is it worth it to spend the extra 20 dollars for this Megatron, rather than getting the Cybertron mode Megatron? I definately would just get the Voyager Megatron, but the fusion cannon hanging off his arm looks so lame...
Is one size larger than voyager really worth the extra $20?

Nah, it's not really worth 20 whole dollars more, I think. But it will be worth 10 dollars more. But that's only my opinion.
